Chili & Garlic Prawns

Ingredients (Serves 2)

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 80g butter

- 4 tsp Pikt & Chopt Garlic Paste

- 2 tsp Pikt & Chopt Chili Paste

- 1kg peeled green prawns with tails intact

- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 3 tbsp gated lemon rind

- Rocket leaves, to serve

 Crusty Bread, sliced, brushed with oil,     char grilled, to serve

- Salt to season 

- Salt & Pepper to taste

- Garnish to with chopped Parsley (optional)


1. heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chili paste. Cook stirring for 1 minute or until aromatic

2. Add the prawns and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until prawns are just cooked through.

3. Combine the lemon juice, lemon juice, lemon rind and coriander tp the prawn mixture and toss together. serve these delicious prawns with rocket and bread.
