Pasta with Ginger, Garlic & Chili

Ingredients (serves 6)

- 1/3 cup (80ml) extra virgin olive oil

- 4tsp Pikt & Chopt Garlic Paste

- 1/2tsp Pikt & Chopt Chili Paste

- 3tsp Pikt & Chopt Ginger Paste

- Pasta of Choice, to serve

- Garnish with flay leaf parsley           (optional)



1. Chop parsley leaves finely.

 Combine chopped parsley, oil,       garlic, chili and ginger in a pan   that's large enough to also hold the   pasta, cook over low heat for about   5 minutes, or until the mixture is   fragrant.

2. Meanwhile, cook pasta in plenty   of salted boiling water.

 Drain, reserving some of the   cooking water. Add pasta to the   fragrant mixture, with chopped   parsley leaves. Stir over heat for 2   minutes, adding enough of the   reserved pasta cooking water to   keep the mixture moist.

3. Time to plate up and enjoy!
